What are your opening hours?

Our office opening times are 8 am to 5 pm.  However with a key number and code for the gate, you can gain access to your storage unit at any time 24 hours a day.

What are your payment terms?

We take payments by direct debit, unless you have made alternative arrangements.  We will only consider this on a case by case basis, depending on your personal circumstances and storage rental periods.  Please contact us direct to discuss your storage requirements.

What security do you have?

Our site is fully secure with access only for storage customers, 24 hours with CCTV and beam security on the gates.

Do I need have insurance?

You will have to insure your own possessions or we can offer insurance through a provider.

Is there a minimum hire period?

You can store your items as long as you want but the minimum period hire period is 4 weeks.

What is the minimum storage hire period if I want mobile self storage services?

If you want our mobile hire storage service, then is no minimum period to have this.

Why should I consider mobile self store?

Mobile self storage is easy for you if you are doing you have building or refurbishments taking place and require quick access. 

Commercial customers such as plant hire and tree surgeons find this service attractive as it allows them so store valuable tools and machinery safely away from potential intruders who target these types of businesses.

When it comes to the storage container, what am I responsible for?

You are responsible to ensure that all payments are made as per the storage agreement, terms and conditions.  These will be supplied to all customers when completing the storage hire agreement. 

The container should be returned in the same condition that it was hired to you.  It is important that you return the storage space, clean empty and undamaged internally. 

Any keys and access equipment to the storage unit is your responsibility.  If you damage or lose your keys, it is your responsibility to resolve.  We will always try and help you resolve any access issues but must remind customers that loss or damage to locks or if locks need to be removed will incur additional costs to resolve.

Is your mobile self storage service open 7 days?

The mobile storage is available 7 day a week.

Do I need to visit your storage facility prior to booking?

You will only need to visit the storage facility to sign your forms unless you can sign online and return electronically.

Are your storage containers watertight and dry?

All of our containers are watertight and dry to help keep your possessions safe and secure.

Once in storage can I change the size of the unit size that I need?

You can change the size of the storage unit once in storage but you will have to move the items yourself unless organized with our company. We will always work with you when there is a change in your personal circumstances.

Can I reserve a self storage unit?

You can reserve a storage container but you will have to pay a 4 week deposit to reserve the unit.

Is there parking available?

There is Free on-site parking available

Are there restrictions on what I can store in the self storage container?

There are items that are prohibited from being allowed to be stored in the storage containers.  You should not store quantities of the following items:

  • Flammable and combustible items such as fuel, petrol, solvents and oil.
  • Chemicals, hazardous or toxic materials
  • Living things such as animals and livestock
  • Perishable food items, especially those that are likely to attract vermin.
  • Gas canisters and combustible materials
  • Fireworks
  • Illegal items such as firearms, explosives, drugs and bomb making equipment.
  • Anything that has been stolen.
  • Dead or resting animals
  • Asbestos
